Anyone who spends time outdoors should use a sunscreen. This includes men, women, and children; people who can tan easily, those who don't (fair-skinned & dark-skinned people), and those who already have tans. Sunscreens can prevent skin cancer from developing later in life.
Direction of use: Apply on your face and other exposed body areas liberally 20 minutes before stepping out in the sun, reapply as needed or after towel drying swimming, or perspiring.
